Coaching is a very efficient way to help you be who you want to be in your career. 

In the fast changing corporate environment, leadership requires different skills and attitudes today,. They are not taught in school, and rarely on the job.

Partnering with a coach will help clarify where you want to go and how to get there. Sometimes that also means letting go of how you do things today.

Here are the services I provide:

Team coaching:
Team members tend to focus on execution to reach financial objectives and do not realise they could be better performing as a team.

A couple of indicators: Does the team have a common purpose? Are they perfectly aligned?  Are they working individually or for the common goal? Does every team member have a voice on the team?

I use specific tools developed for team coaching by the worlds premier team coach, David Clutterbuck, the PERILL model, and I am the only foreign coach practicing this in the region. 

I have the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching from the International Coaching Federation.

Executive and Leadership Coaching:
Making a team engaged, motivated and work efficiently together is a challenge.  

What is the best behaviour to motivate your team and remain in control of its output? 

How do you display leadership presence and charisma?

Are there differences in managing younger staff and more experienced ones?

What motivates employees most?

How do you have difficult conversations while keeping the motivation up?

The senior APAC leadership team of a multinational was diverse and working in silos. 

Using the PERILL model framework, we were able to lay bare the symptoms the team was struggling with, the underlying reasons, and build a new common purpose from there. The team also identified a key domain that was lacking in their development, enabling them to build a sustainable path for long term performance.
